i2i Malta provides English language training services to business professionals. We specialise in providing training to individuals and small groups, where the focus of the sessions can be shaped according to the specific requirements of each client. This approach allows us to offer a highly personalised, responsive and confidential service. Our trainers are university graduates, all of whom have many years experience in specialist language training for business clients.
COURSES
We pride ourselves on providing quality programmes for our clients. Our training covers business language, industry-specific vocabulary building, e-mail and telephone, meetings, presentations, negotiations, American/British differences, general English and conversation, grammar, etiquette and social English. We find out what you need and then devise a training programme. We like to incorporate as much 'real' material as possible into the training - such as using e-mails, reports and presentations provided by our clients - which helps to maximise relevance and engagement. ASSESSMENT Each participant is assessed before the training commences. This takes the form of a verbal and/or written assessment with one of our trainers. It allows us to gauge current language level, put together groups, and assemble the building blocks of the course, based on specific language needs.
PACKAGESWe organise everything for our package clients - taking care of flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers and activities, as well as tailor-made lessons at the Mediterranean Conference Centre. This makes the whole process easy and stress-free.
SERVICES AFTER COURSES
When a course has been completed, we provide follow-up services to ensure the continuing use and development of the English skills learned during the course. These follow-up services include proofreading of texts (such as e-mails and reports) and telephone/e-mail contact with the trainer, to troubleshoot any specific problems. One of the most important aspects of language learning is to continually practice and refresh skills - therefore we encourage the development of long-term relationships with our clients.
